No, I would not consider the Ottoman Empire as barbaric. While the empire certainly engaged in military conquests and expansion, it also had a rich and complex culture, with significant achievements in art, architecture, literature, and science. The Ottomans also had a system of governance and law that, while different from modern standards, was not inherently barbaric. Like any empire, the Ottomans had their share of conflicts and controversies, but it would be inaccurate to label the entire empire as barbaric. **

Writing poems about Auschwitz is not inherently barbaric, as poetry can be a powerful medium for expressing emotions, memories, and reflections on the human experience. However, it is crucial to approach the subject with sensitivity, respect, and a deep understanding of the historical context and the suffering that took place there. Poems about Auschwitz should strive to honor the memories of the victims, educate others about the atrocities of the Holocaust, and promote empathy and understanding. **

The most barbaric smell I have ever experienced was when I accidentally left a container of food in the back of my fridge for several weeks. The smell was a combination of rotting vegetables, spoiled meat, and mold, creating a nauseating and overpowering stench that lingered in the kitchen for days. It was so intense that I had to open all the windows and doors to air out the house, and even then, the smell seemed to seep into everything. It was a lesson learned to always check the fridge regularly to avoid such a foul odor again. **

Drums are a specific type of percussion instrument that typically have a hollow body and a membrane that is struck to produce sound. Percussion, on the other hand, is a broader category that includes a wide range of instruments that are struck, shaken, or scraped to produce sound. While drums are a subset of percussion instruments, percussion encompasses a variety of instruments such as cymbals, tambourines, maracas, and xylophones. **

Music without instruments, drums, and bass is often referred to as a cappella music. A cappella music is vocal music performed without instrumental accompaniment, relying solely on the voices of the singers to create the melody, harmony, and rhythm of the music. This style of music can range from traditional choral arrangements to contemporary pop and rock covers, showcasing the versatility and creativity of vocal performance. **

The Aztec civilization was a complex and sophisticated society with a rich culture, advanced agricultural practices, and impressive architectural achievements. They had a highly organized social structure, a complex system of governance, and a sophisticated understanding of astronomy and mathematics. While they did have a strong emphasis on religious practices and rituals, it is unfair to label their civilization as just a "barbaric cult of gods." The Aztecs had a high culture that made significant contributions to art, architecture, and knowledge, and their achievements should be recognized and appreciated. **

The abbreviation for instruments in the field of percussion is "perc." This abbreviation is commonly used in music notation and discussions to refer to percussion instruments such as drums, cymbals, and other rhythm instruments. It is a convenient shorthand for indicating the percussion section in musical scores and discussions. **

Yes, there are several actions that were once considered normal but are now seen as barbaric. For example, practices such as slavery, public executions, and corporal punishment were once widely accepted but are now viewed as inhumane and unjust. Additionally, certain forms of entertainment such as gladiator fights and bear-baiting were once popular but are now seen as cruel and unnecessary. As society evolves and progresses, our understanding of morality and ethics also changes, leading to a shift in what is considered acceptable behavior. **
