It's also helpful to focus on the things you can control and not get caught up in trying to please everyone. Surrounding yourself with a supportive network of friends, family, and colleagues can also provide a source of strength and perspective. Finally, taking care of your mental and physical well-being through activities like exercise, meditation, and seeking professional help if needed can help manage the stress of public scrutiny. **
